I am thrilled to present “Branch Guardians,” an original painting from my Companions watercolour collection.

Painted in rich layers of earthy browns, the male black cockatoo perches confidently on the native Australian gum branch, it’s feathers detailed with undertones captured by the light. “Branch Guardians” A3 size (29.7x42cm), FRAMED in elegant black, with a matching cream mount to watercolour paper. Painted by me the artist Mylie Weir, with professional Holbein paints on 100% cotton 300gsm watercolour paper. Created in my home studio on Tamborine Mountain. Limited original artwork, 1 of 9 in the companion collection. Once this piece finds its home, it will not be recreated.
