Watercolour paint (and some white watercolour paint – just for splashes of water)
Watercolour paper
Water jar
Paper towel
Paint brushes
Pencil, and eraser (to sketch out the outline)
Why a beach? Who doesn’t want their own landscape of a beach they can proudly say they painted themselves? Beaches are a great way to start painting, and look really nice framed or turned into a greeting card. While painting this you will learn brush/water control, colour blending and observing/adding detail.
Every painting will look different – and that’s okay!
